IMPORTANT:  IF NOT USING THE EXTERNAL DRAIN PORT, THE LOW PRESSURE SIDE OF THE MOTOR MUST NOT EXCEED 100 PSI OR THE SHAFT SEAL WILL LEAK.  MAKE SURE THERE ARE MINIMAL RESTRICTICTIONS TO THE TANK.

Operational as a fixed displacement gear pump or motor.  The shaft can also be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.  Proven high quality robust design successfully used in many high volume applications.

  • SAE A, 2 bolt mounting flange
  • Keyed shaft 5/8" diameter (The 14cc version has a 3/4" diameter shaft 1 1/2" long)
  • Minimum smooth rotational speed = 300 rpm
  • Maximum rotational speed to 3600 rpm
  • 72.5 psi maximum low-pressure side (outlet).  Exceeding this could create excessive pressure in the housing and leakage from the shaft seal.  Make sure there are minimal restrictions when connecting to the reservoir.
  • This motor comes with a built-in shuttle check valve that automatically sends leakage oil to low pressure side.  No need for a separate drain line.

Cost effect method as a pump or motor for high power rotational motion to drive fans, conveyors, power equipment in construction, agricultural, industrial and commercial applications.  Use with speed reducing gear boxes for winches, wheel drives or any other slower rotational motion needed.

Power to drive pump or motor in HP = gpm x psi ÷ 1714 ÷ .85 [example: 5.7gpm x 3000psi ÷ 1714 ÷ .85 = 11.7HP]

Motor rpm from pump input flow gpm = gpm x 231 ÷ in^3/rev [example: 5.7gpm x 231 ÷ 0.732in^3/rev = 1799 rpm]
