High quality subplates for convenient mounting of D03, NG6 or Cetop 3 style hydraulic valves. (P) pressure, (T) tank, (A) working and (B) working threaded ports for connecting hydraulic fittings, hoses or tubes. These subplates are made of a anodized aluminum. The anodizing provides an additional corrosion, stain and smudge resistant surface. Anodizing adheres better to paint when painting. The surface appearance is also enhanced.
- D03, NG6 and Cetop 3 valve sub plate
- Uses M5-.08 thread for valve mount. The use of 10-24 threads found with many US valves can allow unsafe orientation of valve due to the smaller diameter. Therefore a locating pin is often needed with the 10-24 thread. We prefer the correct M5 thread.
- Rated to 3000 psi
- P, T, A and B ports are SAE -8 (3/4-16) O-ring boss threaded ports.
- Two mounting holes for M6 Socket Head Cap Screws. 7mm countersink for screw head. Length through block is 31mm. Add extra to the bolt length to thread bolt into your fixed surface. Bolts not included.
- Valve mounting holes are threaded 16mm deep for M5-0.8 bolts. If buying Fluidhaus Valve series VSD6, the bolts are included with the valve.
