Modular relieve valves limit the pressure in a circuit by directing it to tank per the set value of the adjustment. The valve will open if the pressure exceeds the setting. The relief valve is used to protect components in a circuit from being over pressurized.
- D03 (NG6) standard mounting pattern
- Maximum Flow = 9 gpm (35 lpm)
- Minimum Flow = 1.3 gpm (5 lpm)
- Maximum Pressure Setting = 3045PSI
- Minimum Pressure Setting Approximately= 300 PSI
- Manual plastic adjustment knob
- Use with mineral based hydraulic fluid.
- White label, logo free for OEM's
- Weight =2.6 lbs. (1.2 kg)
- Modular design allows stacking of other modules to create custom circuits to improve the system design.
- Modular valves are flexible, easy to replace and maintain without the cost of custom manifolds.
Options:
P=relief valve in (P) pressure port
A=relief valve in (A) port
B=relief valve in (B) port
AB=relief valve in (A) and (B) port
ABX=A reliefs to B and B to A. Commonly used on motors to protect the motor from pressure spikes cause by sudden stops. Flow from one side of the motor goes to the other to reduce pressure spikes and prevent cavitation. Can also be used on motors with the closed center valve.
